Take the Grand Central Parkway (Interstate 278) West. Exit onto the Long Island Expressway (Interstate 495). Bear to the left "Midtown Tunnel." Merge onto I-495 West (partial toll road). Exit onto 34th St. Follow 34th St to 1st Ave and turn left. Make a slight left at 1st Ave & United Nations Plaza, then slight right to stay on 1st Ave & United Nations Plaza. Turn right at East 50th St and then another right onto Beekman Place. Beekman Place turns right & becomes Mitchell Place. Beekman Tower is located at 3 Mitchell Place.
Follow the signs to New York City (Midtown Manhattan). Take the Van Wyck Expressway (Interstate 678) north to the Queens Midtown Tunnel (pay toll). Exit onto 34th St. Follow 34th St to 1st Ave and turn left. Make a slight left at 1st Ave & United Nations Plaza, then slight right to stay on 1st Ave & United Nations Plaza. Go north on the New Jersey Turnpike (Interstate 95 North) to the exit signs for the Lincoln Tunnel. Follow directions into the Lincoln Tunnel (pay toll). Upon exiting the tunnel stay/bear left - this is Dyer Avenue. Turn onto 34th St. Follow 34th St to 1st Ave and turn left. Make a slight left at 1st Ave & United Nations Plaza, then slight right to stay on 1st Ave & United Nations Plaza. Turn right at East 50th St and then another right onto Beekman Place. Beekman Place turns right & becomes Mitchell Place. Beekman Tower is located at 3 Mitchell Place.
